Positive: The pool was amazing....the canals were really cool. The beds were like sleeping on clouds.
Negative: The Jacuzzi was dirty and kept doing crazy things and also the neighbors have cameras directly pointed on the Jacuzzi which made us a little uncomfortable. The garage door broke and came crashing down on my head...I called immediately and no one of course answered but I really didn't expect any different after the check in process was the same way to get the door code. I almost had to get another rental because of this situation but at the last minute someone called.
Summary: Call well in advance to get your check in information and don't touch the garage door!
