There is one onsite lift for your pontoon , tritoon, or V-bottom boat and 3 slips ready for your WaveRunners or Jet Skis during your stay! So, bring your own water vessels or rent them at the lake!! Either way, take advantage of this rarity!!
Approaching the property you are greeted by a bright & happy lake house, a beautiful porch that runs the length of the house, and 1/3 of an acre with some of the best views Lake LBJ has to offer. Unpacking your car will be a breeze with the handy ramp leading to the deck and covered entry to the house!
As the front door opens, you are instantly filled with a calming tranquil energy. A bright, airy, window-filled living area offers picturesque views from any seat. This inviting living space also includes a smart TV, a large sectional sofa with ample cozy seating, and an electric fireplace.
A kitchen island breakfast bar (seating for five) transitions the living room to the kitchen/dining area, offering unobstructed views of the lake. The kitchen is the perfect gathering space at Dockside Digs and any chef will feel at home in this well thought out layout. With tons of storage, counter space, a large island, updated stainless steel appliances (cooktop/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), and an outdoor propane grill, there's no need to eat out. Just catch some fish and cook them up!
Dinner can be served & games can be played on the farmhouse style table off the kitchen or at the outdoor table under the covered patio, both of which offer beautiful lake views. Off the kitchen, you will also find a desk/work area and the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.
Down the hall, 3 beautiful bedrooms and one bathroom await! The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds, walk-in closet, and is furnished with a luggage rack. At the end of the hall, you enter the second bedroom, which includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, as well as a walk-in closet and luggage rack. The third bedroom is home to an adorable bunk room with two sets of bunk beds with 2 bottom full size beds with 2 twin beds atop.
In the hallway nearest the living spaces there is a generous size bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and tons of storage with access for all guests.
The outdoor experience at Dockside Digs is all you could hope for on a lakefront getaway! With 1/3 of an acre, it provides a HUGE lake front yard area for all of your activities. Cornhole in the fall, football in the winter, ping pong on the deck, washers in the spring, & lakeside picnics in the summer! The property opens to the lake with an AMAZING boat dock on open water on one of the best stretches of water on Lake LBJ. With multiple landings, there is plenty of room to spend the day lakeside - relaxing, fishing, playing, and enjoying the views in the comfort of your very own covered boat dock with ceiling fans! And the dock has space for you to park your WakeRunners or Jet Skis (3 total) and a lift for your pontoon boat. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out dock experience!
The right side of the dock offers a great swimming hole as it is protected from lake waves thanks to the adjacent dock, which is the perfect place to drop in your poles or relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors- whether you enjoy the sky changing colors at sunset, reflections off the lake, stargazing, or birdwatching, Dockside Digs, inside and out, is the perfect place to get away and soak in life at the lake!
