One full bathroom upstairs, half bath downstairs. Living room/dining room combination with unobstructed views of the Long Island Sound. Dining room has comfortable table and 4 chairs, can expand to seat 6 people. Additional captains chairs in each upstairs bedroom. Small office/den has a pullout Ikea bed which sleeps 2 kids, or 1 adult (or possibly 2 smaller adults). Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer. gas stove with double oven. Private, fenced back patio with table and chairs, and BBQ available seasonally. Rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy your favorite beverage in the evening.
