Spend your vacation or a full season in this gated community located directly on the white sugar sand, with resort-style amenities including 24/7 gatehouse security, super-sized heated Gulf side pool that glows in the evenings and deck area with swaying palms, lounge chairs, and classic blue and white umbrellas. The clubhouse features a fitness room, billiards, ping pong, lounge, library, grills, and a ballroom/event space with catering kitchen.
Inside the condo you will be mesmerized by the stunning water views as soon as you enter; we allow 24/7 check-in/check-out using a Schlage keyless lock. The ocean beckons from the balcony, kitchen, living room and main bedroom; from the 3rd floor you can hear the waves and watch the dolphins splash. This condo is totally updated and designer furnished in beach-boho decor with a La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests.
