Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Great host and very charming spacious villa offers a lot of space and privacy for groups up to 14 people. The location in the mountains is very nice, but from the shop and any travels you must climb 1200 metres by your car (20 % steep), so do the shopping before. There are nice hiking trails starting right from the villa and also 2 restaurants right next to you. The interior is very nice, almost like a chateau, villa equipped with all you shall need and there are 3 common showers 2 kitchens (+ one bedroom has the 4th shower). Bathrooms are very well renovated and there is an outside fire pitch with BBQ - bring your own coal, as there is only wood.

Negative: The distance from Lago di Garda is relatively high to spots for swimming (approx. 45-60 mins ride) due to the mountains. August is a touristic peak in Italy, so the price was relatively high. Some small swimming pool or jacuzzi would be awesome, but there is at least a water hose if you get hot.

Summary: Very nice spacious villa completely for your own. High in the mountains - great,but 1200 m car climb
