Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location and inside of the condo was ideal - afternoon sun poured into the great room. The radiant heat in the floors was wonderful and along with the gas fireplace, we were cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. It was quiet, even with retail businesses on the ground floor.
Negative: I would have much preferred to deal with the local hosts rather than Vacasa (third party), who were available but not timely in getting things done locally. The coffee maker in the unit was broken when we arrived on Saturday (totally understandable, it happens), and I had to call Vacasa several times to get a replacement that finely came on Thursday. Over the years, I have rented many VRBOs in Silverthorn, Dillon, and Keystone and always had direct contact to the local host. I shall be certain to avoid 3rd party managers from out-of-state in the future and to stick with VRBOs. I predict the local owers/managers of this condo are simply delightful and I prefer to deal directly with them.
Summary: Wonderful stay -- best skiing we've had in years.
