This modern duplex is ideally located in the heart of Lyon on the peninsula, a few steps from the Lyon-Perrache train station. Recently renovated, it is very well equipped and ideal for a couple or for a business trip.
This 30 m² completely renovated and bright, it consists of:
- A living room with a large Velux, a sofa for 2 people, a flat-screen TV with international channels, as well as a dining table for 2 people.
- An open and refined kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer. The toilet is also in the bathroom.
- Upstairs is a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people and a large net hanging above the living room where you can access. You can also drop off your suitcases there.
At your disposal, you will also find an iron and storage spaces!
We also provide sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules.
Naturally, the apartment has high-speed WiFi.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, accessible by stairs only
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
