In the water sports village of Grou you will find this modern vacation home with its own jetty. As soon as the sun shines, it is wonderful to be able to sit outside in the south-facing, waterfront garden. Both in summer and in winter you can step from the terrace into a boat to sail on the impressive waters around Grou and the Alde Feanen. Ideal for families or friends. Grou is a water sports village with many activities. It is located right in the middle of Friesland, close to Leeuwarden. You can rent a sloop 500 m away from this vacation home. An ideal place for lovers of water, peace and nature! The house has a garden- and water-oriented living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. Very suitable also in the colder days. You will find underfloor heating and a wood stove. And is the weather sunny? Then the electric sunshade and air conditioning together provide cooling. Through the sliding doors you step from the living room directly onto the south-facing terrace. On the upper floor extra space has been created with the help of a dormer over the entire west side. The 2 spacious bedrooms are on the north and south side and the bedroom on the south side has air conditioning.
