1 Bedroom Apartment with Wellness Facilities, Fireplace and Internet
It is a bright and quiet apartment that has recently been renovated and stylishly redesigned.
Our flat is quite spacious 65 m2 (700 sq ft) and fully equipped — 1 bedroom (with mini office with desk and LAN connection), 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom.
We decided to rent out our place on Airbnb after we finished the renovation/ decoration works. So everything in the apartment is done or bought for us to live, nothing in there is cheap/ low quality for letting.
The loft interior design is unique with a lot of attention to details. Original features, antique and stylized modern elements and furniture have been fused — hipster chic and sustainability meet in this apt.
It will make your vacation special.
The building itself is example of ascetic soviet architecture which brings you back to Soviet Union in 1963 — the year the building was built for KGB tech department employees. The public staircase of the building hasn't been renovated yet, which looks a bit grey and gloomy. This may be an interesting experience which gives you an opportunity to feel what life in USSR was like. But it's completely different world once you are inside the flat.

Located in downtown or quiet centre of Riga. Easy access to Riga wooden buildings district and medieval Old Town. Art Nouveau architecture quarter and Art Nouveau museum 10 min walk. KGB building "corner house/ stūra māja" 1 km or 10 min walk.
* Parking is FREE both inner yard and main street but it is subject to availability. There is paid (€3-5 p/ night) secured parking lot about 100m from the apartment.

+ There is work area for guests use in the bedroom — desk, office chair, LAN connection.
• Living room : has huge 3-seater sofa (where can sleep 1 extra person), coffee table and very comfy chair with foot-stool.
Wide Ambient Light TV 117cm (46'') full HD in living room with cable channels.
• Entrance hall : there is a coat rack with hangers, bench, mirror and spacious wardrobe.
The apt is on the top 5th floor with no elevator, windows overlook both the inner courtyard and front part of the building. But it is located on the minor street therefore it is quiet at day and night. Nice quiet neighbors.
