About this space
Our large and design apartment is on the 1st floor of a grand historical building in a peaceful street very close to Galata Tower which is one of the most historical, iconic landmarks of Istanbul/Turkey. It is placed at a perfect pivot for exploring this city. Cosy and boutique cafes, upmarket restaurants, independent design shops, galleries and wine cellars are all within walking distance. Our large flats welcomes large groups and families since 2013.
The space
The apartment is unique, characteristic, very well maintained one of the typical Galata Apartment. It is with original wall frescos, brick walls , heigh ceilings, wooden floors remain in their authenthic beauty with it’s historical ambiance and architecture. The flat is thus decorated with some antique pieces complimented in harmony with today's furniture, with a creative and modern touch. Flat design and all creative design of sofas, chairs, lamps and tables belongs to me. It is a great honur to get instagram like from Ikea Interior Designer Henrik. I think location wouldn’t have been better than that. It’s worth to say ‘this is real centre ‘ and just step away to everything whatever you need. While your stay, you will be a couple of minutes away from all kind of food, water, change office, Bank Atm’s, metro, tram, bus, attractive events, restaurants, cafe's, antique shops, shops, night clubs, pharmacy, hospital. Most well known Mevlana (Rumi's) house is one-minute distance.

We have been fully experienced of accommodating large families, anniversary or wedding groups, large friends groups for their reunion since 2013. We are aware of that it is a big hour to take this responsibility. We have been trying our best for every single detail to make your trip easy, safe, happy and unforgettable. We also pay very much attention for the cleaning which is made by a professional staff. It is fully equipped. We use natural soap, vinegar, olive oil and hygenic eco detergants as much as possible. The soup we put at the kitchens are totally natural. Smoking allowed only in the living rooms.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all the amenities and all the spaces in the apartment which is 140m2. This flat is on the 1st floor with high entrance with three sets of stairs (10step each) and there is no lift. There are three comfartable wide stairs to flat. There are very enough spaces between stairs to carry elderly or kids for help and break. Our previous families had capabled to effort 1,5 floor without lift for elderly guests with even wheelchair as well. But this does not mean this will be okey for you. Please kindly make sure, this will meet with your expectations. We have added pictures of stairs.

Interaction with guests
I am officially one of the founder of Home Tourism Association which has been working on the local laws between the government and hosts. Either me or my Colluege welcome our guests at the apartment, give the details and reply the questions at the check-in. All other detailed informations will be sent you after your booking.
Other things to note
SERVICES Whenever you need, we can organize your boat trip, walking tour, sophisticated restaurant’s reservations with incredible Bosphorus view, make up artist, photo shoot, dry cleaning etc.. We are eco friendly house. UTENSILS: Coffe machines, Towels- bedsheets, blankets, handsoap , shampoo , toilet paper (for your first day), A/C, and airfun (bedrooms) , wireless internet, iPad folder, washer dryer, cable tv with Turkish and international channels, baby-cot, baby chair, iron&board, hairdryer , dish washer are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microvawave , a little bakery, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, dish washer, pots & pans, silverware, plates and everything else you need to cook a great meal! The supermarket is a one minute walk where you can buy warm bread , cheap and good food every day. FOOD: Cafe Nakka just in front of the building is offering one of the best breakfast at TRipadvisor with Avery good price of 35TL. You can make a great breakfast there. Also there is big shopping market called SOK Market at the Galata Tower Square which is good and cheap food. The bonus is a fresh fruit and vegetable truck that would park in front the building door every day. Tap water is drinkable but don’t recommend. You can provide from SOK Market.
