This single level villa comprises of a spacious open plan living area with an unusual glass fireplace, Smart TV, 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a guest toilet and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The ample outside area has a patio area and a purpose built barbecue which is ideal for entertaining and those who enjoy al-fresco dining. The decked poolside is the place for the sun-worshippers with the infinity pool being ideal for cooling off and the Jacuzzi and Sauna room is a perfect place for relaxation. Tucked away at the end of the deck is a romantic alcove retreat to enjoy those quiet moments with a cool glass of wine.
