Summary: The facilities of the Family Suite were very well designed and equipped. However, the common areas such as the stairs and hallways require cleaning. The main issue during both nights was the noise. With no security staff on duty, there was no rest at all—parties went on until 3 AM. The issue was reported, but no proper follow-up was given. There were speakers, mariachi music, and people in the pool outside the allowed hours. Due to this lack of control, I will not be returning.
