Casa Lovina is an ideal holiday home for a family or group of friends. The interior, with its tosca arches and beamed ceilings, is spacious and beautifully furnished in colonial style with Persian carpets, hangings and paintings. The living area comprises a large L-shaped living/dining room with fireplace and satellite TV with an excellent range of English channels, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite. There is also a large covered south-facing terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The villa is very private, set in wonderfully spacious gardens enclosed by fully-grown hedges with large areas of shaded and immaculately-kept lawn. Well-developed with mature palm, mimosa, fruit and fir trees and filled out with oleander and hibiscus bushes, the garden also has a 10mx4m pool with natural stone surrounds and roman steps, and an attractive rock-garden with a waterfall feature at one end. There is also a BBQ area with traditional Moorish-style Mosaic tiling.
