This cozy two bedroom with a loft, two bath cabin has everything you need to get away from your busy life and enjoy a relaxing vacation by the fire, either indoors or out, your choice. When you arrive you will see immediately in the backyard a nicely set up fire-pit and chairs where you can spend your evenings toasting marshmallows and making memories.
Walk on in and you will find the living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has everything you need to make delicious home cooked meals while you avoid the real world, even an indoors smore kit—just in case it is raining out. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace with plenty of room to stock up firewood to enjoy your evenings.
Just a short walk down the hall you will find the first full bath with a shower/bath combo. Continue next door where there is a bedroom with a queen bed. The next room is the master suite which has a king size bed, tv and adjoining full bath with shower/bath combo. Washer and dryer access is also on the first floor. Upstairs in the loft you will find two twin beds, one queen, a small couch with ottoman and a designated work area for anyone who still needs to check in. This home does have easier access (only two steps into the main home) for anyone who may have mobility issues, with two bedrooms on the main floor to choose from.
Oh and don’t forget this home is pet friendly (dogs only)! The owner has kindly left a small dog bed, food and water bowl for your fur baby to enjoy while you’re here. There is a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Please be mindful and clean up outdoors after your pet has used the restroom so others can enjoy the outdoors without worrying about stepping in something they don’t want to.
While staying at Deer Ridge you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant.

Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area.

Please note - prior to booking there is 23 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. This home has a 3-night minimum stay.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property. If any signs of smoking or vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
The cabin is dog friendly. The homeowner has kindly left a small dog bed, food, and water bowl for your fur baby to enjoy during your stay! Alpine Lake Vacations must be made aware of any dogs before arrival and the pet fee ($100 per dog) must be paid. If dogs are not reported to us and found during your stay you will be charged a $500.00 penalty fee. Pet weight limit is 50lbs. Please be mindful and clean up outdoors after your pet has used the restroom so others can enjoy the ourdoors without worrying about stepping on something they do not want to. Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash clothes, towels and dishes. All other supplies including dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guest will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
