Please read entirely. Welcome to THE TOASTED MARSHMALLOW! Nestled quietly on a wooded lot in FABULOUS DEEP CREEK LAKE in the charming town of Oakland, Maryland. Enjoy your stay at our accommodating AND relaxing deep creek home which includes three bedrooms with king beds, two full baths (one with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub). 2 bedrooms are on second floor with one full bathroom, this is a loft area that looks over the large open floor plan of Livingroom. The third bedroom is on main floor with another full bath (shower only). Large deck with table/grill and view of deep creek through the peaceful tree lines, fully equipped eat in kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, towels, firepit and shared dock. Fyi there are several tiers of steps leading to the boat dock. (APPROX 96 and can be steep) 4X4 VEHICLES ARE A REQUIREMENT IN WINTER SEASON, THE ROAD TO OUR DRIVEWAY IS A STEEP HILL, roads and driveway typically NOT maintained. The Property is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, Deep Creek State Park, boating, skiing etc.!!!!!

Summary: Wonderful weekend getaway. Property is as described. Very clean. Nice amenities. Plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes provided. Keurig present. Bathrooms stocked with essentials. Front deck is great place to relax. Inviting large fire pit. Docks and stairs leading to dock as described. Enjoyed our stay. Would book again.
