Summary: On arrival, requests for sofa bed made up and cot available not completed. Reception grabbed linen for bed and a cot and made these up myself. Receptionist advised later a different room was set up for us but someone else assigned to that room. Slight frustration after a long day, but mistakes happen. Room fine, pretty clean. Decorating a little poor (eg paint on mirror frame) but not that bothered all in all when using as a bade for a couple of nights.
