Positive: apartment is really nice and cosy, if you travel light it is best apartment you can get. For days you stay at "home", as a guest you have an access to a great pool area where you can relax from 8am to 10pm. Shop is not far and explorations of Lapu Lapu / Cebu from this location is really nice. First beaches are not far so you can relax in a hot sun and sea also. Owner is a nice person, she will try to help you anyway she can. The security in the building is great, security officer is in the lobby of the building 24/7 so the safety is really good.
Negative: I was renting for 40+ days and bringing a lot of my and my partners luggage the apartment gets a bit small and cluttered, but it is that that makes it so cosy. Hot water in the shower is a bit tricky, it errors from time to time, so start at 30C and slowly go to 35C, but when it is there it works. If it errors you have to reset it by cutting power to a breaker (far right) and live it off for few minutes so it has time to reset. Things that should be included in price like expenses (electricity) and parking were not free, but ok, i understand that also for where i was there long time, but it is a bit of a clickbait with low price, so long time renters, be prepared for that.
Summary: As my first travel to Cebu area .. i had a great time in the apartment.
