We have hired 10,000 angels to clean the house and are anxiously awaiting your arrival. We have notified the finest chefs in town that you will be visiting and to prepare a feast. We have called Custer State Park to notify them to get some buffalo along the road and brush their hair for you to look at while you drive through. When we heard you were booking with us and traveling a fathom, we called Gutzon Borglum and told him to spit shine Mount Rushmore so that it is presentable for you and looking its best. I called the cowboys, if you are going to go to the rodeo, they promise to put on a show and ride their bulls the full 8 seconds. The archeologists at School of Mines and down in the Badlands were called in to shine up the tyrannosaurus rex's.

In other details, this is a brand new - built in August 2021 - home. We have a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with a 2 car garage. 2,000 square foot garage. 5 minute drive to I-90 - centrally located in the Beautiful Black Hills. Boulevard is >100 feet with ample room to park a trailer and any other vehicles.

Three queen beds, one bunk bed and a twin bed (6 beds in total). An air mattress is available to inflate and sleep on if needed. We have everything you need. Kitchenware, pots/pans, silverware/chopsticks, Coffee/K-Cups, and laundry. There is a grill on the back deck. TV downstairs with streaming services - Disney + and Hulu provided. Wi-Fi for those that need it. Work bench in the garage with some basic tools. Two family rooms. Everything you need to have a comfortable place to stay while you explore the Black Hills.

Rapid City is the state’s second largest city (with an urban population of 77,503 and metropolitan population of 148,749) and is nestled at the foot of the beautiful Black Hills. Mount Rushmore, Badlands National Park, and Crazy Horse Memorial are all within an hour of the house. Rapid City enjoys a relatively mild climate and offers year-round recreational opportunities, including, hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and hunting, to name a few.
