Positive: We were so grateful to the owner who helped rectify a mistake made by booking.com. She moved us to a bigger room immediately and was so helpful. We loved the room, the air-conditioning was excellent, shower was good, bed comfortable. It was the perfect stop over on our way back home. It's located slightly outside of the city but it's great value for money and there's a bus that goes straight into the centre outside the front of the hotel.
Negative: Booking.com making a mistake after I booked a slew of hotels for the same trip, travelling with my baby, husband and dog. This hotel was somehow only booked for one adult and child. I double checked my settings on booking.com and they are and always have been 2 adults, 1 baby, 1 dog, so I don't really understand what happened. We were fortunate that the hotel was so accommodating.
