Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water in the showers gets cold after a while, probably because the building is old. The lack of a shower curtain makes the toilets waterlogged. There were no face towels, which was inconvenient. Unsanitary as only bath towels were provided. Sheets and bath towels soaked with dirt were also commonly provided. They were well laundered, but they were also covered with hair, so they did not look good.
