Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire condo and patio, plus the following amenities:
• Cypress Bend Community pool (not heated) - provided amenity keycard must be used to gain access
• North Tower Pool & Hot Tub - provided amenity keycard must be used to gain access
• Beach shuttle (available seasonly, the shuttle service is operational runs May - end of October)
• Charcoal grills
• 2 free parking spots in the parking lot outside of the building
Other things to note:
- The North Tower Pool is an outdoor saltwater pool with seasonal hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (May to October). Please note the beach cabanas are not included and are for North Tower guests only.
-The Hot Tub at the North Tower is open year-round from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
-The shuttle service is operational seven days a week and runs from May until Labor Day Weekend. After Labor Day, it runs weekends only until the end of October. The shuttle runs about every hour starting at 9am until 4:30pm from locations around the resort and from the beach at 46th avenue North. Shuttle will stop & pick up at golf driving range and Barefoot Landing upon request. Rider must tell driver upon entering shuttle.
Additional House Rules:
-You must be 25 years or older to book.
-Motorized bikes are not allowed on the premises at any time.
-Parking of boats, trailers, campers, and recreational vehicles is strictly prohibited.
-Commercial vehicles or trucks exceeding one and one-half tons are generally not permitted to park overnight in visible areas.
-Quiet Hours: Residents and guests are expected to observe quiet hours, typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-No pets are allowed
-No smoking allowed
