This cute and cozy 4-bedroom ranch house is centrally located in the heart of Dubuque, Iowa. It is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, casinos, theaters, snow skiing, beautiful city parks, hospitals, museums, Mississippi River, and more. This home is in the tri-state area and is a short distance to the scenic states of Wisconsin, Galena and Chestnut Mountain in Illinois and Sundown Mountain and Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa. This home is located in a very safe residential area, on a private street with plenty of parking. EXCELLENT location! Great location for college visits or graduation. This house is very special because it is my childhood home.
This cute and updated ranch 4 bedroom home has 3 queen beds upstairs and 1 bedroom with double/full bed and futon downstairs. The cozy living room includes a large 65 inch smart TV both upstairs and downstairs.
The beautifully updated kitchen is fully stocked and includes a beautiful open breakfast bar for extra seating. It includes dishwasher, microwave, stove, and brand new refrigerator. Also, there is a bonus room with extra dining and/or office space with high-speed free internet/Wi-Fi. A brand new walk-in shower with a hand held shower and a bench on main floor.
Downstairs has a small bathroom/shower and laundry room. The walk-out basement has plenty of extra space to play or lounge with a large smart TV. Basement includes couch, futon, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. Outside patio table and a BBQ grill is provided on the walkout patio.
Sorry, No GARAGE. But don't worry, there is plenty of parking available in the extra-large driveway and on the private residential street. This house is located in an EXCELLENT location. Safe neighborhood and minutes away from everything. You will LOVE this location.
