Summary: The unit is in a great location, there are stairs to the beach from the back and it is right next to the public access road. The unit itself is very spacious and the kitchen is very well supplied. There is a lot to do in the area and we went on a sailing catamaran in Saint Augustine, and also went on some other tours. We had our two small dogs with us and we found the area to be extremely pet friendly.There was a caretaker on the premises and he was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for the Old Florida feel. It is also very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.
