3 Bedroom House with Laundry, Air Conditioner and Security

Cozy home for people who are in town to play in Las Vegas! There are three rooms and a sofa sleep that will sleep 7 people. Parking for four plus street parking. Home is within a mile of the airport and 3 miles of the Strip. Quiet cul-de-sac with a large park right next door. Park features playground, large grass fields, and tennis courts. House has a barbeque and shaded back patio with a fenced yard. Pets are welcome on the property. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet. We require a fee of $75/pet. We will refund $50/pet if there are no stains in the house or excrement left in the yard. All fully licensed service dogs are welcome with no additional charge once a picture is provided of their license.

Summary: Excellent value. If you only need a bed and shower this is a great place to stay. Good water pressure in the shower and the neighborhood was quiet. We liked the fact that the place was away from the strip and you didn’t have to deal with gridlock traffic. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby.
