Summary: This unit left much to be desired. The hot water was not hooked up in the kitchen so you need to boil water to wash dishes. Hot water in bathroom goes on and off intermittently.very strong ammonia smell when entering the unit and in the Very minimal stock, Kitchen pictures show items that are not in the unit for example a blender. The units seem to be under construction and the area around them is not as tidy as it could be. Yes we were looking for budget friendly but this was the least appealing rental we have seen in 10 years of renting. Disappointed to say the least. Positives good air conditioning and a decent bed.
