It is a 40 minute drive north to Jacksonville, 25 minutes south to Gainesville, 50 minutes to Jacksonville Beach, 23 minutes to Gainesville Regional Airport, a 2.5 hours drive to Orlando, and great shopping only 35 minutes away. Walmart is only 5 minutes to the east close to many of the popular restaurants we all love. This country, private, villa home with rustic charm is newly renovated throughout, a 400 feet walk to lovely Lake Sampson (1987 acres), provides awe-inspiring views, and excellent fishing opportunities. The property is fully fenced, lock controlled with 7 surveillance cameras, and the only home on the street with custom, installed street lights for easy night navigation.
