You’ll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with hotel-grade towels in this home. There is one on the main floor which includes a bathtub and one in the basement which is a stand-up. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and conditioner.

Vehicle is recommended for getting around. Ubers and Lyfts are typically less than 5 minutes away. Plenty of parking for your entire group in the driveway. Additional parking will need to be street parking behind the home.
Other things to note
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. A few days prior to your reservation, you will be sent your check-in instructions as well as your check-out instructions.
Please note that we have installed 2 cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one at the front of the house and another that monitors the sidedoor. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $600. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
