Get away from the everyday at our comfy, 750 sqft 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, cozy log home by the lake. The cabin is equipped with a full kitchen including cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, tea and coffee for your convenience. You are going to fall in love with this rustic log home with real logs and wood beams on the ceiling. Walk outside & breath the fresh air onto the front deck off the living room that has a spectacular view only steps away from the Shuswap Lake. We have a side deck that's partly covered where you can stay in the shade if you choose. Enjoy the outside furniture with a BBQ and enjoy the view, while eating your favourite food.
You will love the 1,000 feet of semi-private lake frontage, boat launch, dock and swimming platforms, which is only accessible to community members and guests. Launch and park your boat on the buoy out front. This wonderful getaway has it all. Located only minutes from shops, groceries, liquor stores and more! Spend your days basking in the sunshine, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, fishing, wine tasting and enjoying the breathtaking views surrounding you. You will have the upper part of the cabin and patios to yourself. There will not be anyone below you, it's just locked off from guest use. You'll have access to the boat launch and the beach that is shared with other homes in the area. The boat launch is only a 2-minute walk and the beach is just across the street. You'll also get your own buoy for your boat and access to the docks.
Currently there is room for two vehicles OR one vehicle and one boat trailer.
This log cabin is unique; the walls don’t extend all the way to the ceiling, so some noise can travel between rooms.
Since there is no curbside garbage pickup service in the area, you will need to take all your garbage and recycling to the Scotch Creek Transfer Station on your way out and it costs $5.
