We hope you'll make yourself at home in our welcoming midcentury duplex in Fort Mill. (Vrbo rental includes the entire main floor of the building; a separate unit with private entrance is below). This 3rd-generation family home features 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed for a great night's sleep. Relax and make smores around the fire pit on the back deck, or sit out on the front portch swing. The home has two bathrooms equipped with showers, linens, individual bath products and hair dryers, plus an additional powder room attached to the laundry room. Three spacious living room spaces feature an antique grand piano, a smaller spinet piano, stone fireplace, large Smart TV, office desk nook, board games, reading area and well stocked kids' play area. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine & dryer, WiFi, and a selection of workout equipment (yoga, pilates, resistance bands & hand weights). Our one acre lot includes a big yard with some nice wooded areas while still being a 1 minute drive to the Walmart shopping center where you can enjoy coffee & donuts or grab a pizza, 1 mile from Main Street shops & restaurants, 1 mile from the Fort Mill Golf Course, and 5 miles from Rock Hill's Riverwalk walking trail, restaurants, kayak launch and the Rock Hill Velodrome & BMX.
