This North-East Lubbock home is just minutes from several grocery stores shopping an entertainment; Texas Tech is about a 12 minute drive. This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. The first and second bedroom have queen sized beds. The third has two twin size beds. Each room comes with super comfortable new mattresses sheets and pillows. You will love sleeping here. n nBoth bathrooms have all the towels that you will need for your stay which are located on the bed upon arrival. The front bathroom has a tub shower combo while the master has a walk in shower and separate bathtub. Toilet paper shampoo and body wash is available for all guests. n nThe kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave stove and oven pots and pans cooking utensils and a coffee maker. A dining room table sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out. n nThe living room contains two comfy sofas that can also double as extra beds for two people. These are brand new and are super comfortable. This area also contains a 55 Roku enabled TV with Netflix access already set up. The WiFi in this property is quick and will handle all your streaming needs. We do not provide cable but feel free to login to your TV provider account for access. n nThe backyard of this property is fenced in with fresh sod to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. n nGarage is accessible for guests and can fit two vehicles. n nThe entire house is available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets. 3 days prior to check in we will send instructions that contain the door code. n nCozy Cup-de-sac is located in Fox Ridge located in North East Lubbock. Minutes away guests can find new grocery shops such as United Walmart and H-E-B. Recreational activities like Grab Axxes The Range and Anytime Fitness are nearby favorites along with local restaurants such as Harrigan's and Cook’s Garage. n nOther than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Parking is not very busy in this neighborhood and the garage and driveway are private. n nGarrott Shawna and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone text or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Parking is not very busy in this neighborhood, and the garage and driveway are private.
The community fee shown on your booking represents the 9% tax that the city of Lubbock charges for the hotel tax and venue tax. Please let us know if you have any questions.

- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
