Fully updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located on 40 peaceful acres. The kitchen is spacious and has a brand new refrigerator and oven. The new sliding glass doors in the eat in kitchen walk out to a new deck looking out to the back of the property and offers serene views of open meadows and woods with a variety of trees including pine, maple, and birch trees. The cozy living room has all new furniture and a new smart television. The primary bedroom features a new queen bed and ample closet space. The large, connecting primary bathroom has a full jacuzzi bath and a separate walk in shower. The second bedroom has two new twin beds. The third bedroom has a desk and a pull out queen sleep sofa. The hallway bathroom is located outside the second and third bedrooms and has a skylight. Relax and enjoy the beautiful country views sitting on the deck overlooking the large backyard. Enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the property while taking nature hikes on the back trails.
Please note: No snowmobiling, hunting or ATV’s/UTV’s allowed on the trails/property. There is one camera on the property located on the front porch facing towards the driveway. The house is a completely updated manufactured home with all new appliances and new carpet.
