3 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner

The Hershey Cottage is a FULLY FURNISHED home with all amenities! We will rent our cottage for as little as one month at a time - This is a recently renovated, gorgeous two-story home that has all your "at home" comforts in mind! The first floor has an open living and dining area with two sofas and TV, full gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, everything you need to prepare your own meals, as well as a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and washer/dryer. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, middle bedroom with 2 twin beds and queen bedroom at the back of the house that has access to a balcony. Both downstairs and upstairs bathrooms are full baths and have been recently updated with new fixtures, tile, and vanities.
Come take a seat on the front porch swing that overlooks Hershey Park! You will be walking distance to Hershey Park and Zoo America, as well many shops and restaurants. Including the new Hershey Towne Square on West Chocolate Ave. There is a Starbucks, Chocolate Ave Grill, Fenicci's of Hershey, The Mill, Houlihan's, and Piazza Sorrento just to name a few. Also for your convenience there is a bus stop just a short walk up from the house on the same side of the street. This property has everything needed and more!

Summary: The property location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the zoo! Located directly across from Hershey Park, the house is quiet and well insulated. It's also very comfortable with all amenities available. Communication with the owner was professional and responsive. We stayed for over 60 nights and really enjoyed every moment. We will definitely consider staying there again.
