Positive: Breakfast? No coffee available but plenty of pots in pantry. Location good in nice quiet little beach neighborhood a drive to nearby towns and hiking. Hot tub and fire pit.
Negative: Allergy issues- beds needed dust mite covers on mattresses and pillows. The duvets did not seem like they were freshly washed or changed. New toilet seats would be nice w paint scratched off. Also some seating on front porch would be nice to sit in sun in AM.
Summary: Cute beach house quiet community a short drive to towns and hiking trails.
