UGA’s beautiful campus is within walking distance, with the North Oconee River Greenway, which connects to South Campus, just a few steps away. North Campus, Sanford Stadium and the downtown area are also easily accessible via a well traveled scenic route lined with both historic and recently constructed homes.
This small, quiet complex has plenty of free parking available, and most Athens locations can be reached by a short Uber ride. This property also features a sparkling clean community pool for use during the Spring & Summer months.
