5 Bedroom House with Hot Tub, Internet and TV

Our home is a 2,400 sq ft two story home with five bedrooms and 3.5 restrooms. We have a beautiful pool and spa, nice outdoor hang out area with patio furniture both in the front and backyard. Our backyard is the perfect hang out area! We love spending our summers outdoors in our pool.
Our home is located 1.7 miles away from the Empire Polo Grounds. We have plenty of stores, gas stations, pharmacies less than 2 miles away. It is a perfect location to enjoy our beautiful Coachella Valley desert! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. Our neighbors are all Coachella Fest friendly. We love our home very much and we hope that you will too! Please note: Please, please, no smoking of any kind inside the house! Smoking is okay anywhere outside of the house as long as you pick up after yourselves. No horseplaying, diving, running out in the backyard, no food in the pool or hot tub, no glass in the pool or hot tub, no jumping off the roof. Be cautious when walking into the house with wet feet, floor is very slippery when wet! ****We are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen on the property******. Please use caution at all times! Please do not remove screens from the windows. Please DO NOT move our furniture around. Please do not tamper with our electronics and TV/cable/wifi hook-ups. Please respect our home and our neighbors at all times. Thank you!!

Summary: Easily accessible. Lots of bath towels, though bring your own pool towels. Exactly as described in terms of bedrooms with plenty of aero mattresses already inflated and readied making it even more comfortable for a large group. Prepare yourself with paper plates and such as the kitchen isn't wholly stocked up, but who wants to do dishes for a large group and we were still able to make several big meals. Anabel is one of the most professional, friendly, and responsive managers of any property in which we've ever stayed! She made our stay everything we'd hoped it would be!
