If you love the casinos and want to be near them but also want some quiet time this the perfect hidden gem! Enjoy a stylish and cozy fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath condo in a private, gated community with access to both pools for a dip on a hot day. Only 3 minutes away from Las Vegas Blvd and 5 minutes away from Allegiant Stadium. Our condo is perfect for a short vacation or a business trip to relax after a long day. This is a NO Party community and like to keep it quiet.
Walking in you'll notice our cozy couch in the living room and next is the kitchen which offers a coffee bar with a selection of coffees and teas. If you’re not a Keurig fan there is a coffee maker available. As you head over to the master bedroom you'll notice a king size bed, private bathroom with a large shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and a second bathroom with a tub across the hall.

As you head over to the patio you'll find a seating area where you can enjoy some fresh air and your favorite beverage (no smoking in the condo and patio). Want to take a dip in the pool? You'll have access to both pools and jacuzzi.
Tall fans in both bedrooms. Aromatherapy diffuser humidifier and air purifier available.
We are located in a quiet, clean gated community with 24/7 security. No parties and please respect quiet time.

Free parking permit will be provided for guest with a vehicle.
Both pools are open year round but can temporarily close with short notice at anytime for maintenance. There is a separate hot tub that is temporary closed.
Check-in is at 3PM. Check out is at 11AM. Please make sure to check out on time as we have new guests arriving and need to clean the unit immediately. If you would like early check-in or late check-out please contact us for approval. If available a fee will be applied.
Bookings for 28+ days available for assigned travel nurses and business trips. Please send a request and contact us for approval.
