Summary: We arrived late, and the room was already prepared. The location is good, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. The staff were friendly and kind. The room had everything you might need, including an iron and an ironing board, but no mini refrigerator, which you would expect in 99% of hotels. The cleanliness of the toilet could have been better, but the sheets and the room overall were almost spotless. I would especially like to thank the team for leaving a small gift for my birthday during my stay. It was a lovely gesture. I can only recommend the hotel and would gladly choose it again next time I'm in Cologne.
