Summary: The rooms were spacious and beds/pillows were very comfy. It had a large bathroom with good supplies. The shower floor was a bit slippery and had to be carefully navigated. Now the negative-almost every time we needed help, staff members told us that it was their first day/week and didn’t know the computer, procedure, recipe, etc. It got to be a running joke it happened so often! Thank goodness for the manager who had to wear many hats! The ladies’ restroom on the first floor needed some serious attention and the smell of weed around the property and on the 2nd floor was overwhelming at times. It’s a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and I might give them another chance, but I’ll ask questions first!
