Summary: Pros: The villa was really lovely - Spanish rustic, with modern facilities. We loved the privacy and tranquility, expecially in the morning (it beat having to get up and get ready to go down to breakfast in a hotel!!). The owner was so pleasant - he went 'above and beyond' to make our stay special. Cons: The location was fairly remote, which had its disadvantages as well as advantages (see 'privacy' above). It was a 5 minute drive from the nearest small town. So, we always had to drive to go to the supermarket, or a bar or restaurant. It would have been perfect if it had been walkable. However, it wasn't a big issue for us.
