This Cosy studio apartment is located on “2nd floor” of a 45,000 sq. ft. Bungalow situated in a quite and secure street with a single Entry/exit point, right in the middle of new and old Gurgaon!!! Everything is new and spic and span.
The condo has a large 4 side open terrace garden reserved exclusively for you (though a gardener visits twice a week to tend to the plants). The condo is accessible via 2 iron stair cases (one on the ground floor and another on 1st floor).

Guest access
As a guest you will have access to the following:
-A private terrace garden with complete privacy from all 4 sides, exclusively reserved for you (though a gardener/helper will visit thrice a week to tend to the plants for a few minutes). The entry/way to the condo is private and completely un-hindered and is accessible via two iron staircases.
-“On intimation” (via WhatsApp or SMS) access to a fully automatic front load washing machine which is kept in the back garden on the ground floor. If you don’t know how to operate, please ask for the instructions. We will be more than happy to help :)
-You may park your car inside (on the driveway) but might have to move it on request if, in case, there is another car to park in the driveway.
- You will NOT have access to the front lawn on the ground floor, which is exclusively reserved for the house owner.
Other things to note
-Oil based Room heater is available on chargeable basis @ INR 200 per 24 hours. (It is literally an electricity guzzler, so we are not able to offer it as a complimentary item)
-Extra garbage bags (for kitchen and bathroom trash bin) are kept in kitchen in the Gas cylinder chute.
