In a sensational view location in a new building, the high-quality 2.5-room apartment with all comforts captivates with a high standard of finish. The kitchen and all built-in cupboards were built with Arvenholz, the native wood, which spreads its own pleasant and calming smell.
The apartment of almost 80m2 is located on the 1st floor with sunny balcony and large terrace. In the same house there are three other apartments, which are also in the rental of Engadin Booking. The apartments can also be booked together.
The shopping facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance. The (ski) bus stop is located at Plaz, about 400m from the house. In about 17 minutes drive you can easily reach the valley station of the mountain railroads as well as the train station Scuol-Tarasp. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. The valley run to Sent, called the dream run, ends a little above the village.
