Positive: Beautifully appointed. Starter packs provided for everything we needed for laundry, dishwasher, bathroom, kitchen. Very friendly and professional staff at concierge desk. Residents and guests all friendly. Location safe, quiet and beautiful view. Pool facilities, fitness room.
Negative: Initial confusion about what was needed for parking (transponder and decal) but effectively and fairly quickly resolved.
