Positive: Beautiful setting, huge pools.

Negative: We weren’t informed beforehand that the main restaurant was closed, and the staff in the Vignes restaurant were clearly overworked. It took us about 1.5 hours to get our mains, which, with a hungry 4 year old, wasn’t ideal. No apologies or even a smile. We were meant to be dining there every evening but quickly decided to eat elsewhere. Not the service you’d expect from a Relais & Chateux. The front of house staff were lovely though!

Summary: Beautiful setting, clearly need more staff in the restaurant
