About the house itself:
The house of 200m2 is on a plot of 1200 m2 and consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. The ground floor was adapted in 2010, and the first floor is a new building built in 2022.
On the first floor there is:
Large living room with kitchen and dining area of 90m2, on the south side is a terrace of 4m2, and on the north side is a huge terrace of 40m2 with a swimming pool, with a fantastic view from the living room.

One double room 16m2 with a bathroom in a 6m2 room. In the bathroom with a window, there is a shower cabin with toilet, bidet and sink.
Second double room 16m2 with bathroom to the room of 6m2. The bathroom has a shower cabin with toilet and bidet and a sink. The rooms have a separate exit to the terrace with the pool
On the terrace with the swimming pool of 35m2 with sea water there is a shower, deckchairs for sunbathing and outdoor furniture for sitting or dining.
In the garden by the pool there is a summer kitchen where you can prepare a barbecue, basketball court and children's soccer goal for leisure. The area around the house is completely fenced.
On the ground floor with a separate entrance, third double room 30m2 with bathroom in the room of 10m2. The bathroom has a shower cabin with toilet and a sink. In the spacious room there is also a living room with two sofas for sitting and watching TV, and there is also a kitchenette with all the necessary things and appliances.
The road in front of the house is not operational, and you can use it freely. The main road is only 100m from the house, from which you can easily and quickly reach other destinations.
