Located in the pretty Provencal village of Lambesc, 18 km from Aix en Provence, we offer our contemporary house of 280 m2 bathed in light, opening onto the garden and the 17 m long swimming pool. Quietly and in the shade of a 7400 m2 pine forest, you can sit and let yourself be carried away by the song of the cicadas.
A large living room of 110 m2, with beautiful volume and refreshed by the floor, will welcome you with family or friends around the living room, dining room, TV lounge for children and large open kitchen.
4 large bedrooms (18 - 18 - 28 - 35) m2, each have a double bed, one of which has a 180 cm bed. 2 shower room with walk-in shower, 3 toilets.
The house is more than equipped since it is inhabited all year round. (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, robot, etc.) grand piano.
The 180 m2 terrace is accessible from all sides and ideal for lunches and dinners. Garden furniture for aperitif, large outdoor table, 12 chairs, gas barbecue, deckchairs, deckchairs, hammock. Everything is done to live outside in this season.
