Welcome to The Hummingbird a relaxing contemporary get away in picturesque Paradise Valley in the Mummy Mountain foothills. Step through the front door and floor to ceiling windows greet you allowing all of the desert to flood in. The open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows makes for great outdoor views throughout the home and a beautiful two sided wood burning fireplace is great on those cool winter days. A wonderful walking neighborhood awaits the start of your day. A beautiful chef's kitchen with gas range, is perfect for entertaining all of your friends and family. If cooking isn't your thing top notch restaurants and shopping are all within minutes.
The location can't be beat with the Spring Training, Talking Stick Casino, McCormick Railroad Park, Camelback Mountain hiking trails and an abundant of golf courses (TPC included) all just minutes away. Also, easy access to freeways to the State Farm Stadium where the Super Bowl LVII will be played on February 12. 2023.
We love furry friends (dogs only) and they are allowed on a case by case basis. Non-refundable fees; $150.00 <20 lbs. dogs, $250 >20 lbs. dogs are required. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and non-compliance will result in an additional fee.
Trash (not segregated) is picked up early every Monday (holidays included) and must be brought out curbside on Sunday nights and returned to house by Monday evening at the latest.
No smoking of anything is allowed in the house or within 20 feet of any entrance.
No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc are allowed.
IMPORTANT: Please note yard/landscaping management occurs once a month.
