This beautiful and spacious condo is located on Montauk Downs Golf Course and is a 5-minute bike ride to both Ditch Plains and to town. Private carport area includes 5 surf board racks for easy loading. The condo is multi-level. It has two master bedrooms, both with a queen-sized bed, a balcony, a walk-in closet and their own bathrooms right outside of their doors. The third "kids" bedroom has a full over full bunk with a twin trundle, a pull-out couch and a gaming TV. On the first floor is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, dining room and a charming patio with a Weber grill. This is the perfect place for your family vacation or your escape from the city!
Please note that this is not a "party" house. We are looking for families only, please. We will thoroughly screen serious renters.
