If you’re looking for a magnificent Gulf-front home in Panama City, look no further than Lotty Da. Located in the private Carillon Beach community directly on the beach and with a community pool, you'll be working on that tan in no time!
Lotty Da is a stunning beach-front home with five bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to ten. Coastal elegance permeates through this spacious home with beautiful interior finishes bathed in sandy hues. With cozy furnishings and space for a crowd, the open concept living/dining space welcomes you inside to explore the finest in beach life. The ground floor features a king-sized bed and bathroom, while the main living area resides on the second floor, complete with a kitchen, dining room, living room and a queen bedroom and full bath. The fully appointed kitchen is a delight, offering a lovely open area and all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare your favorite dishes. Cozy up to the breakfast bar with seating for five or relax in the living room on an overstuffed couch just begging for a movie night. Take in breathtaking views from the living room or step onto the porch directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and gather together for magical sunsets. The boardwalk just off the porch is so convenient, giving quick and easy access to the sugar sands and Emerald waters mere steps away. The third floor houses 3 bedrooms: one with two twin beds, a second with a twin over full bunk bed and shared bath. You will also find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and an open porch with stunning views.
Spend lazy days at the beach, or hike, bike, and fish at nearby Camp Helen State Park. You’ll find a host of restaurants and plenty of shopping along 30A, just minutes away. Try Restaurant Paradis in Inlet Beach or George’s at Alys Beach for delicious cuisine with a coastal flair!
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
Note: There is construction across the street and in neighborhood. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, garage not accessible for parking.
Golf Cart Rental Restriction: All rental golf carts must be rented through Coastal Cars & Carts 850-999-7733, the exclusive vendor in Carillon Beach. No other rental carts will be allowed on the property
