A beautifully patina Tin ceiling from another farmhouse was used as the interior ceiling in the Dining Area, old exterior siding used as interior wall surface and the now extinct American Chestnut floor installed as well from old chicken coupes. A truly unique and historic restoration. New Wifi 2 Zone HVAC, and a covered front porch for those slow summer evenings. Custom created kitchen with Granite tops and all new stainless steel appliances.
