Welcome to apartment Kerbholz! You live in a bright and modern 35 m² apartment.

In this cozy apartment (35 m²) you will find a bedroom with queen size bed (1.40 m) with high quality mattress and topper. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed (1.20 m) in the living area, for which an additional comfortable topper is ready for a good night. The kitchen is very well equipped with refrigerator including freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, stove and oven, toaster and sink. The small bathroom offers a bathtub where you can also take a shower. From the small balcony you look into our garden.

The location is perfect to reach destinations in Switzerland (e.g. Schaffhausen, Zurich, Zurich airport, Rhine Falls), the Rhine, Lake Constance or the Black Forest.
Our house was built in 1899 and is located on a busy street in a village near the Swiss border. The Kerbholz apartment and another apartment are located on the first floor. We have completely refurbished all the apartments. They have underfloor heating and new windows. Nevertheless, it's an old house and therefore a bit noisy. That's why there is a night's rest from 10 pm, during which guests should behave considerately.
We produce our own electricity and hot water from solar energy.
You can charge your electric car for a fee at our charging station directly in front of the house in your parking space. We recommend arriving by car, as public transport is quite inconvenient.
